Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines according to established production procedures.
- Load and unload parts, materials and tooling as needed.
- Monitor machining operations and make basic adjustments when required.
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions and job specifications.
- Perform basic inspections to verify part dimensions and quality.
- Identify machining or quality concerns and report issues to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation.
- Keep machines and work areas clean, organized and safe.
- Follow established safety, quality and manufacturing procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Technical or machining training is beneficial.
- Experience working in a production environment is helpful.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training and hands-on experience may be considered.
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic ability to read blueprints, work instructions and machining specifications.
- Familiarity with CNC equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to use basic precision measuring tools.

Physical Demands
This position requires working in and around a CNC machining and manufacturing environment. Job duties may involve extended periods of standing and walking along with bending, reaching and repetitive hand movements while operating equipment, handling parts and completing production tasks.
The employee must be able to safely lift, move, carry or position parts, materials, tooling and related items as required for the position. The role also requires the manual dexterity, coordination and visual acuity necessary to operate CNC equipment, use measuring tools and inspect machined components.

Work Environment
This position works primarily in a CNC machining and manufacturing environment. The CNC Operator will regularly interact with CNC equipment, tooling, machined components, inspection tools and other manufacturing personnel.
